This site is about actors and their presence in the ever-changing field of the arts. The team who designed this site are currently, or have been, working actors and collectively part of the scene in Hollywood for over 30 years. We understand the passion you have for your craft.

We observed that most actors either:

1.) Don't have a website

2.) Have a website, but their domain consists of a very long url with their name stuck at the end, i.e.            http://www.IamPromotingAnotherCompany.com/JoeActor

3.) Discover their ideal domain is already owned by a company which won't let it go unless the actor pays an exorbitant price

The bottom line is there are innumerable companies which exploit the willingness that actors have to promote themselves by whatever means necessary.

We also heard of the trouble that many actors have with the availability of their “web guy.”  They experience long turn-around time for simple updates – not to mention the expense of each little change. We knew there must be a better way.

So we arrived at the concept of MyActingSite.com.  Combining our knowledge of technology and our expertise in the acting field, we created a service whereby any actor can self-sufficiently create and maintain his/her own website.  Additionally, all our clients get their very own domain, as opposed to other companies in which the actor's name is only mentioned after the company has had its fill of self-promotion.
